Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 1, 2026

SILKHEART FC ("we", "our", or "us") operates a football club platform and mobile app for public visitors, players, staff, fans, sponsors, and administrators. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal data.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

  • Account details: username, full name, email, phone number, role.
  • Registration details: player/fan/sponsor profile information and uploaded media (for example passport photos).
  • Operational data: messages, match engagement content, submissions, and settings you create.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/device metadata, login activity, audit logs, and push notification tokens.
2. How We Use Information
  • To create and manage accounts and role-based access.
  • To run club operations: registrations, approvals, matches, standings, notifications, and media publishing.
  • To provide messaging and alerts by in-app notification, push, SMS, and email (when configured).
  • To protect the platform through security monitoring, abuse prevention, and audit logging.
3. Legal Basis and Consent

We process data based on operational necessity, legitimate interests in running club services, and user consent where required (for example opt-in notifications).

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data only with service providers required to run features, such as:

  • Push notification provider (Firebase).
  • SMS gateway providers (if enabled by administrators).
  • Social integrations (if enabled, for posting/public sharing).
5. Data Retention

We keep data as long as needed for club operations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Some records may be soft-deleted and retained in logs/audit history for integrity and traceability.

6. Security

We implement technical and organizational security controls including authentication checks, role-based authorization, CSRF protection, prepared SQL statements, session hardening, and audit logging. No system is completely risk-free.

7. Children and Minors

If minors are registered, the responsible guardian/club representative should ensure the registration is lawful and authorized.

8. Your Rights

Subject to local law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data.

9. Cross-Border Transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
